Therapy Session

We met with Dr Duncan as we had concerns about our daughter, who was very anxious and struggling to speak at school. We chose Dr Duncan very carefully, and we are absolutely delighted with our decision. From the very beginning, Dr Duncan built an amazing rapport with our daughter, establishing a connection through activities such as drawing, even during moments when our daughter was upset. Throughout their time together, our daughter felt comfortable with Dr Duncan. We have seen her confidence grow tremendously. Previously, she was fearful of several things, but through her sessions with Dr Duncan she has challenged herself in remarkable ways. Recently, she bravely stroked a dog at the park and even attended a sports event at school, despite not knowing any of the other children—a truly miraculous step forward! Additionally, her confidence in speaking has improved considerably. We genuinely believe Dr Duncan has been instrumental in these wonderful changes. Dr Duncan also went above and beyond by visiting our daughter at school for a session, and she liaised thoughtfully with her teachers to support our daughter’s progress in the school setting. At the end of their time together, she wrote a beautiful and heartfelt letter to our daughter which touched us all, especially our daughter, who has placed it in her special memory box. Most importantly, Dr Duncan has a calm, patient, and approachable manner, making her incredibly easy to speak to. Our family is very grateful for everything she has done for our daughter. We wholeheartedly recommend her.
